The central automatic lubrication system sends grease continuously thanks to the sensors located on each shaft, thus preventing the syrup from damaging the mixer shaft and gears or facing a problem.
UNIQUE BEARING AND SPECIAL DESIGN
Twin Shaft concrete mixers with specially designed bearings consist of several metal and polyurethane components. In case of a leaking problem, the bearings are produced with a special design that prevents cement grout from entering the interior, except for the mixer. Therefore, with proper and routine maintenance, we can double the estimated life of each bearing. The labyrinth sealing felt creates a good seal by holding the grease released by the automatic lubrication system and prevents the cement slurry from reaching the bearings.
